Mission Statement:

Life brings us many challenges that can be difficult to face on our own. By making the choice to participate in therapy, you can learn ways to work through these obstacles and make changes toward a better, more meaningful life. I will use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my work, such as mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy and Reality Therapy. Together, we will help you bring a more focused awareness to your internal thoughts and beliefs and change the negative, less-productive notions that are preventing you from living the life you deserve. Through exploring your internal experience, you can learn to better understand and develop the relationship you share with yourself, others and the world around you. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
