Denise Hackman, M.A., CAADC

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC)

Life can be challenging, confusing, and unexpected. These difficulties can cause distress and interfere with the quality of life we desire. I believe therapy is a safe place to process experiences while examining thoughts and feelings to develop a deeper insight into ourselves, others, and the world.

I have experience with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship issues, and have specialized training in co-occurring treatment with a certification as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).

I utilize a variety of treatment techniques such as trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), stage-wise treatment, and emotional regulation in order to aid in increasing your quality of life in a caring, genuine environment.
